Banned for sharing, but I'm not sharing any files.
I received an email stating that I’ve been banned for sharing files over 20GB/MB, but I don’t have any files currently being shared and can’t identify which files the message is referring to. I checked the forums and noticed that others are experiencing similar issues.
Recently, I downloaded a file via a Dropbox link that was shared on Patreon. The file wasn't mine, and I only accessed it through my web browser; it wasn't added directly to my Dropbox account. Shortly after clicking the link, I received the email regarding the violation.
Could this be a bug? I’ve downloaded shared links from others in the past without any problems and have never received a warning like this before.
Can't contact support if there no way to contact them an as well as get ding by downloading it from a link now does this to us?

Hi :)
Do you have any links at www.dropbox.com/links ? Do you stream things to your mobile devices at all?

There are no share links, and I use desktop only. I even reset all folders and names to ensure accuracy. There is no way to see which items are being affected from the system side, which would be very helpful.

Hey there, Kuroo, let's jump right into this!
Just to make sure we're on the same page here, do you still face the same issue?
Are you able to share an example file/folder to check? If you're getting an error, I'll be happy to open a ticket on my end for you in order for us to have a closer look into this.
Thanks a bunch!

Why is it making auto share links when making screenshots?!

Explain what you mean by check? The error is saying that my share limited is disable. Poping up from the app in my task bar.

Okay checking a folder and making a link shows no error but it so weird it pops up and makes a link for a screenshot. As the app gone crazy?? I have not share anything and it making auto links to stuff I never told it to do other then just save the screenshots I taken.
