Can’t upload PDF it says there is an issue with the name.
Hi!
Since a few days back, I get an error message when uploading a PDF. It says there might me an issue with the name. But it still happens even with the simplest of names. Tried to log out/in, reinstall the app, reboot the iPhone etc. but no luck. All help is appreciated!
Working now! Problem solved with the new update of the Dropbox app from Apple Appstore. Thanks for fixing this! Cheers!

Yes. I’ve tried several wifi spots at home and at work- no connection problem. Directly from my mobile app, nothing works- saveing pdf from email app, photos upload in the dropbox app, videos etc. Also some occasions it doesnt allow to view files. Not sure how i can upload a screenshot, just tried upload pdf. Also tried scan in the app- everything works until pushing upload button- the upload starts but when reaches the end- says your upload failed. Review your file and try again. The files are normal pdf- no issue with that and work fine elsewhere - Luciano A.13 years agoHelpful | Level 5
That's apparently happening with any type of file on iOS. I'm from Brazil, and it's been already 3 or 4 days without being able to uplad a single file, of any kind, on my iPhone. And we can't find proper help anywhere or either report it besides here.
EDIT: Oh, and I've already tried deleting and re-installing the app.

The functions under the create button are all broken. Tried to scan a document. No matter where I save it or what I use as the file name, upload always fails.

Hi Joel Mursal, can you try to reply back to us, using your computer in regards to the screenshot?
Sometimes the camera-like icon might not be visible to you, if you're accessing our Community using your mobile.
However, if I were you I'd try to clear the app's cache too. Also, do you have enough available space both on your mobile, and Dropbox account?
- JeremyLacroix3 years agoExplorer | Level 4Same for me. What is going on?
- Joel Mursal3 years agoExplorer | Level 4I have enough memory on phone and dropbox account. I have cleared the cache. Am i the only one haveing this trouble? I am not near computer these days
