Can’t upload PDF it says there is an issue with the name.
Hi!
Since a few days back, I get an error message when uploading a PDF. It says there might me an issue with the name. But it still happens even with the simplest of names. Tried to log out/in, reinstall the app, reboot the iPhone etc. but no luck. All help is appreciated!
Working now! Problem solved with the new update of the Dropbox app from Apple Appstore. Thanks for fixing this! Cheers!

- AmineParis3 years agoHelpful | Level 5For me now it’s ok it’s good !! I followed the steps they asked to do. I cleared the cache, I cleared the history, I logged out, I uninstalled the application, I logged out App Phone, I turned off the phone, I restarted the phone, I reconnected App Phone, downloaded Dropbox, logged in. The error message still appears, but the file saves correctly

So I:
- Deleted the app
- Restarted the phone
- Installed the app
- Cleard the cache
And it works again.
Not sure if it is necessary to delete and restart the phone.
- BarnsMC3 years agoExplorer | Level 4How did you clean the cache on an iPhone?
- JeremyLacroix3 years agoExplorer | Level 4
Did them steps here like @amineParis and now it works:
I cleared the cache, I cleared the history, I logged out, I uninstalled the application, I logged out App Phone, I turned off the phone, I restarted the phone, I reconnected App Phone, downloaded Dropbox, logged in.

Under «Account» and press the gears up on top right corner.
Navigate down until you see «Clear cache». - GeertS3 years agoHelpful | Level 6
