Can I cancel a sync in progress of a large file?

I started syncing a large file and it is going to take too long. Can I cancel a sync?

So you used the website to do this PacificNW  - is that correct?

In that case, you can close your web session and open a new window on your web browser.

Hi PacificNW, thanks for joining the Community!

Just to check first, did you move the file into the Dropbox folder for the file to be synced via the Dropbox desktop application, or were you trying to upload the file via the site directly, or the mobile app?

This will help me to assist further!
