Can't access shared folder because access has been given to a different account
My secondary email was given to a 3rd party for access to a folder, when I try to open the folder I get a message that says I’m signed in with my primary email and therefore cannot access. WhT am in ...

3 years agoHey Louland, the error means that the person who originally shared this folder, shared it to the icloud address.
Are you signed in to Dropbox with that address in order to access the folder?
And if so, do you perhaps see the folder here?

Thank you, I realised that, but thought having registered the secondary email it would also recognise that as welI ….I guess that’s not the case? Thank you
