can't copy link to share files

Just trying to share a link to a file that I have shared before successfully and this weekend I get this message

Can’t share file

We’ve suspended your sharing activity because of a violation of Dropbox’s Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, and Terms of Service or Services Agreement.

Looking through the 5 main reasons I don't see any that would cause this. I am sharing music files with a group on a private forum. The last file that I am trying to share (the done that has been working) is a tune that I wrote, so no copyright issue there. Now I can't share any of my files at all.

Has anyone had this happen, and how did you resolve the issue? Thanks for any attempt to help me.

It sounds like your ticket might have been closed poulin888

You can open a new one through this form If you like.

Just make sure to use an incognito window without signing into any Dropbox account and fill in all the relevant information along with an email address we can reach you.

If you find any troubles along the way, let me know and I'll open a ticket for your behalf from my end.

Thank you very much Walter! I will monitor the situation for a day or two. If there is no problem, well, no problem! If there is I will do as you suggest above.

Have a great day and thanks for caring!!!
