Content of folder not visible

Hi,

Been a while since I used Dropbox, so maybe this is a silly question, but I don't find a solution for this problem:

On my main computer I have a folder called "backup"

The icon is a yellow map with 2 people in front of the map-icon

When I click on the  map to see the content, it all looks ok

(on this computer, I don't see teh other folders..; when I check them through the website of dropbox, I can see them all)

I installed dropbox on a laptop but I don't see this "special" map

I do see the other "normal" maps

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for your kind help

JP

Hi JEPEDEWE, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

It sounds like you're referring to a shared folder.

If you're seeing it on the site, but not on your computer, either the folder itself has a special character that your OS cannot read, or you've disabled it using selective sync.

Could you check both of these and let me know if you were able to sync it?
