"Couldn't Save Content Please check your internet connection and refresh the page" error on my iPad.
Every time I try and save a file on my iPad to Dropbox I receive the error message
"Couldn't Save Content Please check your internet connection and refresh the page."
My internet connection is fine!

Would you mind walking me through the steps that you follow when trying to save a file from your iPad to Dropbox?
Do you use your camera roll, or Files app by any chance? If not, feel free to clarify and let me know more,
If I were you, I'd access the app and clear its cache (you can do this by accessing the app's Account tab and settings) and then try again.
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

When i download a file (PDF) a pop up window comes up (see photo)
then I select Drop box and get the error.

Hey kadoherty - sorry to jump in here, but could you try clearing your browser's cache or try another browser, preferably with no extensions or plugins running and let us know if you get the same results?
