Detailed sync progress?

Is there any way to see exactly which files Dropbox is working on?

I have issues with sync APPEARING to be progressing, but nothing happens, even hours or an entire day later.

I would love to see which files are still in the queue, what the current progress is, bandwidth used, and remaining size to sync.

It sucks to wait and wait and not even know what's going on.

I understand that there's a current trend, driven by the general dumbing-down of everything, to reduce ALL displays to a twirling circle, without any numbers (because numbers scare people?), but seriously, for those of us who are using your software for actual work - can we PLEASE TURN THE NUMBERS BACK ON?

Are there any options within DB or 3rd-party solutions?

Thanks for posting on our forum today, nathank9000!

If you click on the Dropbox icon in your system tray/menu bar, are you able to see a “Sync history” tab near the top?

If you click there, you should be seeing more details on the files/folders that are currently syncing.

Please give that a go, and let me know how it goes.

Yes, I can see "sync progress", but:

    1.) It's not detailed enough.
2.) If it gets stuck, there's no indication of it.

Why can't I see something like:

    347 files in queue
    16.32 GB total
    Status: uploading
    Speed: 5.2 MB/second
Estimated time at current speed: 2 hours 17 minutes

And if the speed drops to 0, I know something is wrong.
