Dropbox app on desktop not synced to dropbox.com
Something changed.
Dropbox on my desktop and dropbox on my phone were always synced.
Now I have to go to dropbox.com, edit a file, choose to replace that file as saved, and then sometimes those changes show up on my phone.
I have a basic free plan with two devices.
But as I change a file on the desktop, the desktop listed online does not show any activity in 2 weeks.
I will delete all apps soon but can't lose all those files.

Hey billieraven - sorry to hear about your syncing issue.
Can you please let me know the version and status of the Dropbox desktop app as shown in your menu bar/system tray at the moment?
Thanks!

Thanks Walter for inquiring into my problem. Unfortunately I don't seem to be able to determine what you were asking. I don't even know now if I have the app installed and if I do the files in it do not update when I go to dropbox on the web, and certainly not on my phone.
I'm going to search for a different program. I only need something that can update a file in two places (phone, desktop) so that when I go to the hospital I'm still connected to files
