"Dropbox needs access to photos" message, but no option to allow access
This same problem: https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Apps-and-Installations/iPhone-Dropbox-upload-needs-access-to-photos/td-p/361741
- The "solution" didn't work for me in the link
- I've rebooted the device
- It's on the latest iOS
- The dropbox app is current
No, I'm not going to wipe my iPad just for a years long dropbox bug.
Anyone know of a solution

Hey 1839162, thanks for letting us know and sorry to see you're having this issue.
Can you send us a screenshot of that message?Have you tried clearing up the Dropbox app cache, to see if it helps?
To do so, open the app, tap on "account", then on the gear icon and then on "clear cache".
Let me know how it goes.
