Just to make sure we're on the same page, can you send us a screenshot of what this looks like on your end so that we can have a visual too? Also, when did you first notice this happening?

Apologies for it being a photo of the screen. The menu kept closing when I pressed the print screen button. I first noticed this a couple of days ago.

Hi starsludge, thanks for the screenshot. Could you try reinstalling the Dropbox desktop application, without uninstalling it first, by using this link?
