From the error description, it does sound like your sharing activity has been interrupted, but let’s have a look.
First off, can you send me a visual of what you see when a screenshot is being saved to your Dropbox account? From what I understand, you’re using this feature, correct?
After that, I’d like you to go to your Dropbox account online (while making sure you’re signed in with the same Dropbox account as the one on your desktop app) and attempt to share one of your files/folders. Are you getting a similar error then?
