Why am I getting this message

"Something went wrong. Don`t worry, your files are still safe and the Dropbox team has been notified...."

when I try to open link to an mp4 file, which used to work a few days ago?

        Are you only getting errors for this shared link, or for any other new shared links on your account? 

         

        Is the link to a file or folder on your account?

      Hi Jay,

      I was surprised to see so many people having the same problem. 

      So is Dropbox really "doing" something about it, as the error message stated?

        Based on the status page that Ben posted above, it seems this should have been fixed now. 

         

        I'm guessing this isn't the case for you, right?
