"Failed to load sharing screen" error message

I have been sharing folders with others forever but since a few days I am getting a Failed to Load sharing screen message. What is causing this?

Hey Luciamizzoni, thanks for letting us know about this.

Where are you seeing this error message, on the Dropbox mobile app or our website?

Which steps were you following before you got the error?

Can you send us a screenshot, so we can check it out?

    Thanks!

It’s happening in both mobile and laptop. Also, how do I upload a screenshot here since I am on my mobile? I do not see an attachments option…

When you say laptop, do you mean the website or the local Dropbox folder, Lucia?

If you're on mobile, you might want to try requesting the desktop mode of the site, so that the camera button appears for you to attach your screenshot.
