Files disappeared from dropbox after moving them from mac to dropbox app in finder

Since the agent working on your case is a specialized one for these specific cases, I'd personally suggest to go ahead with any questions that you might be having and ask him in the email chain AGR_WDC.

 

I'm suggesting that, since they have more visibility on account-specific stuff than us.

The agent said it’s nothing he can do. Files are gone somewhere in Dropbox limbo. I know they are there somewhere because one of my movie editing programs asked to go to its files there. Those were some of the moved files as they were large.
