Hi dlwoaud, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Is this occurring for any folder you're trying to share, or just the one folder in particular?
This will help me to assist further!

Hi dlwoaud1, I hope you’re doing well.
I’ve just logged a ticket and sent it over to the email address that’s linked to your Community profile here. Please reply back to me, when possible.
In general, please avoid posting your email address here, since anyone will be able to see it and it’s also against our Community Guidelines.
Thanks!

I am having the same issue and cannot find any help anywhere to reslove this

I keep getting this message, even though I have not share any files for many months. I wonder if it is related to having switched to a new computer? In any case, it feels like it is a problem with the account because the error message is unrelated to any activity on my part. Reading seems to suggest i have an active sharing ban on the account. I see nio form of conatct and I am lost in an endless circle of 'help' articles. How do i reslove this issue ASAP.
