How can I save scanned documents into specific folders?
I need to be able to scan directly into shared files. So far I can only manage to scan into my personal file. Doesn't seem like much of a big deal because I could move the file from there, BUT when there's over 20 scans a day, it is a big deal for what I need to accomplish because of time and training others.
Does anyone have experience with this?

Hi Ricky! I hope you’re doing well.
Is it possible to hide any personal info that may be showing on your screenshot, before posting it here?
I’m asking because a visual would really help us, in this case.

as you can see, there's no "Save to another location" option.

Hey RickyW, thanks for the screenshots!
Do you use the same version of the app, on both your iPhone 13 and your SE?
Have you tried uninstalling, and then re-installing the app on your iPhone 13 by any chance?

I did try (just now, I uninstall and reinstall) but nothing change.

Thanks for the update RickyW
Would it be OK if we reached out via email to have a further look internally at this point?
