How can I see all the files in our account?
Hi,
We use dropbox for work. I only can see a portion of our dropbox account so often someone I work with will be perplexed why I can't see something they saved. Can you explain how settings need to be set so we can see everything we save within our account?

Hi there, JKleinman, thanks for taking the time to post on the Dropbox Community.
The first thing I'd suggest here, is to check whether or not you can see the files in the account online.
If you can see them online, but not in your local Dropbox folder, this is probably a syncing issue of the Dropbox app on your computer.
Let me know what you find and we'll go from there!

Is everyone using/sharing the same Dropbox account at your workplace?
Or do you all have your own Dropbox accounts and are sharing folders with each other?
