How can I sync folders in the Dropbox mobile app on iOS?

Iphone 13 mini
Operating System/Browser (if using the web)

I tried to scroll from top to bottom screen within the app, but nothing happens. The app does not refresh at all, in the app settings refreshing on background is active, also mobile date is on. Can some figure this out with me? I have the basic plan, but storage capacity is not full. The folder I want to refresh is shared with me.

Hey sam98 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please clarify your device's OS version and the version of the Dropbox mobile app you're using?
Also, do you see the updates in the shared folder you mentioned on the website normally?
If so, can you try clearing the app's cache and let me know how it goes?
To clear your cache, follow these steps:
1. Open the Dropbox iOS app.
2. Tap the account icon (person) in the bottom right.
3. Tap the gear icon in the top right.
4. Scroll down and tap Clear cache.
5. Tap Clear cache again.
Once you’ve cleared the cache, log out of the Dropbox app, restart your device, then log back in.
