Hey ShaneSudama, thanks for your question!

Are you referring to saving screenshots from your computer or your mobile device?

    Does this article help?

    Let me know.

    Thanks, Shane!

So for your desktop, you can use the steps in the link I provided above.

As for your tablet, you'll need to enable camera uploads in your Dropbox app.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi Hannah,

My Mac OS 13 Ventura desktop has recently stopped saving the screenshots to the Dropbox Screenshots folder and they now go to the desktop. In Preferences > Backups I have the box checked "Share screenshots and screen recordings using Dropbox", but can't find anywhere else to control where they go. At any rate, it's not working anymore, can you suggest something that would turn it back on?

Hey Glen S.3 - thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to the Community!

Have you tried turning the option to save your screenshots off and back on again through the app's preferences to see if that helps improve matters at all?

If you find the chance, please give it a go and let me know how it goes!
