How to Sync file between PC and Mobile

I'd like to have a file synced between my Android phone and my PC....

Ques:  On the PC, does the file have to reside in the Dropbox folder?  Can it be in a normal Documents folder/subfolder and still be setup to sync with Dropbox?

BTW, does Dropbox actually 'sync' files?

    Hi bwanna

Dropbox does sync files, but, only ones that reside within the \Dropbox directory. It wont work if it isnt.
