I can't make files online-only on my Windows machine

Earlier I could make folders and documents "only available online" from the filemanager on my PC by right-click. Now my PC is full and I want to reinnstall in, but I don't manage to make my dropbox folders only available online. This description help.dropbox.com/nb-no/sync/make-files-online-only tells me that that is still possible, but the opsion is not available on my PC any more. If I delete the files, I'll also delete them online. What to do?

I have a family account.

Hi Karibjun, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

What options do you get when you right click a file or folder in the Dropbox folder?

This will help me to assist further!

It's right that I don't get that option. All the other options are not relevant.

Could you try reinstalling the Dropbox desktop application, without uninstalling it first, using this link, and then rebooting the machine?

Are you installing the desktop app with admin privileges?
