It takes a long time for the scanning process to start on the mobile app
When I open Dropbox Mobile and press the + button to scan a document, it takes sooo long for the camera button to pop up. How to fix this? (Other apps like Notes reveal the camera app much more quick...

2 years agoHi AFF, just wondering if using a different network/cellular data makes any difference.
You mentioned that you already cleared the app's cache. Have you also tried uninstalling, and then re-installing the app?

This is not an accepted solution. I accidentally pressed the accept button because that is usually where the reply button is located.
