It takes a long time for the scanning process to start on the mobile app
When I open Dropbox Mobile and press the + button to scan a document, it takes sooo long for the camera button to pop up. How to fix this? (Other apps like Notes reveal the camera app much more quickly!)

- AFF2 years agoHelpful | Level 5This is not an accepted solution. I accidentally pressed the accept button because that is usually where the reply button is located.
- AFF2 years agoHelpful | Level 5I have been working with customer support and no one can solve this problem. I am curious if anyone else on the Dropbox plus subscription plan is having issues with OCR scanning from their mobile app?
