It takes a long time for the scanning process to start on the mobile app

When I open Dropbox Mobile and press the + button to scan a document, it takes sooo long for the camera button to pop up. How to fix this? (Other apps like Notes reveal the camera app much more quickly!)

    This is not an accepted solution. I accidentally pressed the accept button because that is usually where the reply button is located.

    I have been working with customer support and no one can solve this problem. I am curious if anyone else on the Dropbox plus subscription plan is having issues with OCR scanning from their mobile app?
