Logic Pro Projects files not showing up on Mac. Why?

I'm working in Logic Pro Projects with my partner, which we share with dropbox. We do this for years already, but lately, whenever my partner saves a project to DB, there are files that do not show u...

This made me quit Dropbox. iCloud and Sync works flawlessly with this. I'm with Sync now. 

Would actually go back to Dropbox, but as it's broken since years (!) I doubt they're interested in fixing this.

Yeah also quitting dropbox after 15 years because of this.  Icloud also works pretty terribly so gonna try Sync as well.
