My Apple Mini is stuck on indexing in the desktop app

Question or Issue
I re-installed dropbox and have tried to sysnc to new imac but is stuck on indexing. Have give it full access to hard drive but still shows indexing. Can someone please help

It can take some time for the Dropbox desktop application to finish indexing files depending on how many files you have on your account.
How much time have you given for the app to complete the indexing?
Any information you can provide would be helpful!
