My colleague is uploading files to shared folders, but there's no desktop app notification.

Hi Nancy,
No, my colleague isn't having this issue. I did have some recent updates around the time this started happening. I'm not sure how to see the update history of my dropbox app, sorry! So I'm not aware if it updated recently or not.

31 days agoThanks for clarifying that for us jordiboo - much appreciated.
Can you take a look at the notifications tab in the app's preferences and let us know if you've made sure that the toggles are set to 'on' and that you haven't somehow snoozed the notifications?
If you find that all are set to on and still notice this issue, you might need to reinstall the app.
Keep us posted!

Hi Walter,
Thanks for your help. All notifications are toggled on and 'snooze notifications' is set to off.
I noticed today that for a moment it seemed to be working again - I could see that my colleague had added some new files. I thought it was fixed, however the next time I looked that activity had disappeared again.
I've re-installed the app and it's currently indexing. I'll update you here once that's finished.
Thanks again
