Pre-existing online Dropbox files won't sync to new Dropbox desktop folder
I have recently installed the Dropbox application to my computer, and when I add or delete or rename files on my computer, it updates online and vice versa.
However, none of the files that I have always had in the online Dropbox are appearing in the computer Dropbox folder. Do I get all those files down into the desktop app from the online app?

Are the files visible when you sign in to the Dropbox website using the same email address that you used to sign in to Dropbox on the new computer? Are they in folders of their own? If so, are those folders set to sync in your Selective Sync settings?
