Problems with copying folder to an external device.

Hi, I am trying to copy  content from a massive folder (from my Dropbox account) into an external DiskOnKey. whenever I choose (e.g.,) a sub folder, it asks me to confirm that I'd like to copy the files without its original properties and I'm required to confirm that file by file (and it's not possible to go file by file..).

Any idea how to avoid this confirmation? thanks

Hi TairK, how are you today?

If I understand this right, it seems you're using the desktop app, when trying to copy files from within your Dropbox folder, to your external drive, right?

Would you be able to let me know the exact message you get, when trying to do so? If you have any screenshots, feel free to attach this too.

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
