My access to shared links is paused - what can I do?
I exceeded my traffic limit and was blocked. I click on the “here” button to unblock my account. I pass the security check, click on the “continue” button, and get a message saying “unable to unblock account.” its ru

You need to contact support at http://www.dropbox.com/support to ask for help as it seems your account has been banned for something other than bandwidth.

It looks like you're having the issue described in this article.
If this is the first time this happened, your sharing ability should resume again 24 hours after the limit was reached.
