Right click on files, doesn't show offline-only settings
We have 6 team members who are using Dropbox and can edit, share etc files and folders but one of my team member having trouble to access these files. Make offline-only / online only not showing whil...

What is the version of the app that you're using on your end? Have you tried to sign out of the app, then back in?

Yes, once I signed out it was a mess....only linked me to a shared file....had to restore all of my files back into it.....

Have you also checked these steps to make sure the Dropbox system extension is enabled on www.dropbox.com?

Hannah I finally got the screen to say make available off line so I did these folders....now this is the screen now....does it look right?

Thats what I did....I did do in batches of folders. Is there a way to tell if they are offline only?
