I'm having this same issue. The feature disappeared on me and I need to use it. Looks like the engineers have not been able to resolve this topic yet. Please help!

I am also having this issue. I have Windows 11 and just preformed an Advanced Reinstall. This did not solve the problem.

Hi Tactical Retail, welcome to our Community!
Could you just confirm your device's exact OS version and the version and status of the desktop app as shown in your system tray?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

The status of Dropbox is normal? "Your files are up to date"

Hi Tactical Retail, thanks for the info!
Can you also let me know the Dropbox version you're using?
You can find this by hovering your mouse over the little Dropbox icon on your task bar, next to your WiFi.
If you could also send me a screenshot of the options you get, when you right click in a file/folder inside your Dropbox folder, that'd be amazing, thanks!

I am having the same issue! The "Send a copy" is only in the dropdown menu when you right click folders, but if you right click a file, it does not give you the option to "Send a Copy." This is something I use daily and one of the only reasons I use Dropbox. For the past few months every week on Mondays I have issues with it disappearing. Normally uninstalling and reinstalling works but this week it didn't. It's becoming an inconvenience, and I may have to switch file transfer software if it doesn't get fixed.
I am running Dropbox 199.4.6287 and Windows 10 Pro

Hey CLoeffler2 - thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you please send us a screenshot of the options you get when you right click on your files in the Dropbox folder and let us know if you've tried rebooting your computer and quitting and relaunching the app as well?
Is the app 'up to date' by the way or syncing perhaps?
Any additional information is more than welcome!
