September 2023: cannot find Vault in the Iphone App

I'm using the latest version and the layout of the Iphone app has completely changed. As such, I cannot find the vault folder. It's still accessible via the web version. I've read the posts here and ...

    Hi michaelkareev, can you clarify the precise OS, and Dropbox version that you're using on your end? 

     

    If I were you, I'd also clear the app's cache -you can do this by accessing the Dropbox settings within the app- and then sign out, and back into the app.

Are you able to navigate to the Files tab in the iOS mobile app to see if the Vault appears as a folder there?

 

This will help me to assist further!

    Jay,

    Under "Files" there are "Upload", "Folder", "Scan"

    and then a list of the files. No Vault, though.

      clearing the cache, signing off and on helped! Now vault is visible under the letter “V”
