Share link not working
Our share links are no longer working in Shopify. We have a wholesale website where we have our dropbox links in the navigation for retailer resources such as terms and conditions, images, etc. These links used to work. They no longer work. Our customers just keep getting redirected to the dog page that says "that didnt work for some reason"- why is this happening? We have followed all troubleshoot steps such as clearing browser cache, signing out and signing in, deleting the link and creating a new one, etc.
When I click the share link in Slack, for example, it works fine.
But when I click in our Shopify navigation menu, I get that error page. Nothing has changed in Shopify. The only thing I can think that has changed in Dropbox is that we went from a team plan to an individual plan, but why would a share link that anyone can view have anything to do with that plan change?
Any help is appreciated.

Hi kbrandstrup, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
How exactly are you using shared links in Shopify?
Are these links to download files, or to view them directly on the site?
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

We link some menu options to the dropbox link. Like I said before, they used to work perfectly fine.

Does the link work normally when not viewing via Shopify?

Yes, but nothing has changed on Shopify's end and I am seeing a lot of people complaining of the same problem with this "That doesnt seem to work" error..

If the shared link works as normal when accessing it directly, I'd recommend contacting Shopify for more information on what could be causing the error message.

Earlier you asked if the links were to view them directly on the site, did you mean that you can get dropbox files to be integrated somehow with shopify so the customers could just view them on our website and not have to be redirected to a new window for dropbox?

No, I was asking if the shared links when accessed directly via their URL worked normally.
Since you mention they did, then it would be related to how that other service renders or changes those links, which isn't something we can assist with.
