Shared link contents not visible, only shows a blank screen on the site

I have a "Can View" link for one of my Dropbox folders that has worked for the past three years. Now, whenever anyone goes to open it, they only get a blank white screen with the Dropbox URL. I can see all the files when I log in to my own Dropbox account. I tested the share link as a viewer and can't see anything. I have not changed the link, the permissions, the files themselves, nothing -- and the link has worked for three years. Is Dropbox doing an update?

Have you checked it via an incognito window?

What about others clearing cache/cookies etc.?

Hey Mark, it looks like a dropbox issue, not a user issue. 😞

Hi elizabethjwiegner, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Is this only occurring on that shared link, or is it happening of all your links?

This will help me to assist further!

Hi Jay! I tested sharing on another similar folder with lots of files, and view only does work on it.

How many files are in this shared link? Does it work when viewing the link in an incognito/private browsing window?

There are about 120 PDF files. It does not work in incognito. The link was working as late as last night, and nothing has been changed in the files or the folder.

IF it is this specific link, could you try deleting the link and recreating a new shared link (which will have a different URL) to see if that one works?

It's working now! I didn't do anything different...just started showing the files again.
