Sync failing from Mac to web to Windows11

Directory created on Mac uploads properly to web but breaks on syncing with Windows11. ls -ld on new Win11 folder shows:
d--------- egb foldername
where I am "egb". icacls egb /grant egb:(F) causes folder to disappear. Just started happening in July 2025. Anyone have any ideas what's going on?
