Syncing between devices doesn't work, they can't see what I upload.

I work for a company with 3 members, the owners and myself.  After I started working here they bought a couple laptops for additional staff.  Their dropboxs have been tied together for years and they have no issues.  I am linked to our group folder, however it does not update.  They cannot see everything I upload and I cannot see everything they upload.  All of our permissions appear to be the same.  I can also only access it via a desktop folder.  The windows application does not boot and the web version has the same issue as our folder.  They had a tech guy come in to set up our laptops so I have no idea what they did to set up dropbox.

    Hi Mark,

    Thanks for responding.

I just uninstalled and reinstalled dropbox and im having the same issue.  The file on the desktop works but gets me an out of date version.  The application itself doesnt boot at all.  The web version works the same as the folder on my desktop, where i have access, but it is not current.

    Hi VanillaBrock! Hope you’re well.

If you go to your Start menu > Programs, and try to relaunch the Dropbox app from there, does anything happen at all?

If not, I’d like you to try this link too, and let me know what happens next.

I do already have dropbox installed. I tried reinstalling it yesterday and it was not fixed.  This ling doesnt do anything because i have it downloaded already.  We will try removing and readding my permissions.
