    Let's see what we can do about this.

    As a first step, we'll need to check if the Dropbox app on your computer is syncing. To check this, hover over the Dropbox icon in your system tray with your mouse and let me know what you see.

    Also, which Windows version are you using?

    Let me know and we'll go from there!
