The Dropbox app on Windows is stuck syncing forever
My Dropbox has been stuck on syncing around 11gb of files. It is our company's dropbox and my side is not being updated with new folders being put into the dropbox.
I am working off a Lenovo Thinkpad.
I cannot see which file is stuck or the syncing history anywhere.
There are no syncing issues according to the system.
This is all I have seen for the past few days.

Hi JaydonBuzzkill, thanks for providing these details!
Have there been any recent updates to your Dropbox team by any chance, or a reorganization of the files on their end which might have brought on this syncing?
Are the number of files syncing, as shown in your screenshot, decreasing or remaining the same constantly?
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

Hi Jay - No, there have not been. The number of files fluctuate, but the 11.6GB remains the same.
I would love to help with screenshots but I cannot find any of the following, so let me know what screen shots can help:
- I cannot find which file is stuck and stopping the syncing
- I cannot see a sync history to determine more informationHappy to provide screenshots of everything you might need.

Do the files in the Dropbox folder all have sync icons on them?
Are they in specific folders, or just in random locations?

Hi Jay - It is completely random but yes, they do have icons.
When you go into folders it also has random syncing. - Jay2 months ago
