"There was a problem completing this request" error when trying to join a Dropbox team
Hello together,
im in no team and i want to joyn a dropbox team from a invite.
When i try to joyn the team i have a error "There was a problem completing this request.
What can i do ?

Are you still having this issue?
Have you tried accepting the invitation while logged in from a different web browser or from private browsing?
Let me know how it goes.

thanks dor the reply.
Yes i try today but the same issue.
So i tried from a different browser.
From i different PC and Smartphone.
From i different IP.
From icognito browser.
Nothing helped :(
What can i do ?

Just to confirm, you're not already a member of another team or perhaps a trial team, right?
Do you see that you have just a free Basic account, when you check your account settings here?

Is it possible to check with the admin, to see if the invite is still active?
Perhaps they'll need to resend it.

Hello Hannah,
i do this yesterday. The invite is still actice.
He send me yesterday a new one. In the settings on dropbox i can see the team too but cant join.

I more question. How many days must past to join a new team ? Can it be that this ist the problem ? I leave the old team 4 days ago.
