Hi jhKeen, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Just for clarification, is this a shared folder on your Dropbox account, or a shared link to a folder?

Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?

Keep me updated with any progress!

Did you already have access to it, or, are you trying to access for the first time?

Hey jhKeen, let me also jump in here!

Do you try to access the shared folder by clicking on the email's invitation link? Do you see it when you try to access your sharing tab

Are all the browsers you tried updated to the latest version?

Do you have enough storage space to access it? Often it will fail if you don't.

So if you have an account with only 500mb of free space and the share is 600mb, for example, it wont let you accept it.

Is this an actual shared folder that you were invited to, or was it a shared link? There's a difference. A shared link you can access even if you don't have an account, whereas you need to accept an invitation to join a shared folder and have enough space in your account.

What was the exact wording in the email that you received from Dropbox?
