Hey Rida Javed , sorry to see you're having trouble.
Can you let me know more about your issue? Are you getting some kind of error message, when you open the link?
Have you reached out to the person that shared the link with you, to check if they've perhaps deleted the content?
Let me know.

Hey Michelle Byrne, let's jump right into this!
Are you accessing the transcript using a shared link? If not, feel free to clarify and let me know more.
Do you happen to have a screenshot of the message, in order for us to have a closer look into this, please?
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

Hi Megan,
Great. Let's solve this puzzle! Thanks for your support. I am not using a shared link to access the transcript. Just click on the transcript function on the software and then it attempts to create it but then the error message appears
I have attached the message below.

I'm assuming this is some transcription software that you're using? If this is anything like the other recent issues involving a transcription app/service, the link to the transcript is likely no longer valid. If that's the case, you would need to contact the company that is providing the transcript/transcription software and let them know you're having a problem.

I'm having the same problem. I have been relying on transcription heavily lately in the Dropbox Plus plan in the browser and it's not been working in the last couple of days despite having worked really well with a high workload up till now.

I was confusing this with another issue recently, where people doing manual transcriptions as a job were unable to retrieve the files because the Dropbox links, provided by the transcription service company, were invalid/expired.
