Updates to shared files aren't appearing for me or others
Hello everyone.
I have a problem with files not syncing.
When other users update the shared files I can not see the changes and
when I update the shared files other users can not see the chan...

Are you certain your editing the files in the shared folder?
Does the folder have a two person icon in it to confirm it's a shared folder? Can you upload the files directly to the site to test it from there?
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

Thank zou for getting in touch.
Most of the files I m using someone shared with me, but I can not see the changes.
I upload the file (excel) "Belegungspla_2024" as an example.
And in the Dropbox icon that appears on the side it iswritten "Files are up to date". [Removed as per Community Guidelines]

Are the files visible on the Dropbox site only from this page? Or are the files in a shared folder?

The files are visible on Dropbox site and I shared the link with you so you can see it.
