It's stuck in a certain number of files, which varies, but it's never zero; that is, I never see the usual message "Your files are up to date"
The app version is 209.3.3602.

1 year agoThanks for that! Now, it looks like youâre on the beta app version (209.3.3602), which is experimental, so you may notice some issues from time to time.
As the next step, Iâd like you to go here and disable âEarly accessâ. After that, you can download the latest stable app version from this link.
Let me know if that fixes anything.

I have followed these steps, too, but the problem persists: my Dropbox app (now v. 208.4.5824) is stuck at "syncing 44 files". The number of files may vary, but it's never zero...

Can you please try fixing your hardlinks and permissions and let us know if syncing gets stuck at a specific number of files again?
If it does, send us a screenshot of that too.
