Have you restarted your device, since the errors appeared, and you still see the same thing?
As for the cloud icons that you mention, can you please right click on those files and select the option to make them available offline? Do you see a green checkmark after that instead?
Finally, I’d like to know the app version of your Dropbox app, along with its current syncing status.
