Website times out during an upload on multiple browsers
Using Windows 11. Started a trial account about a week ago as looking for a reliable cloud provider. Uploaded several large files 5-10gb through the website and it worked fine (in total have maybe 10...

2 months agoUploading via the website is designed for when you are not at a computer. I'd strongly suggest downloading and installing the client and just dropping the files you want in to the Dropbox folder. Then it uploads in 4mb blocks and wont fail if the internet drops etc.
In terms of your tickets whats showing at http://www.dropbox.com/support (and note they wont reply on a weekend and submitting multiple moves you to back of queue).
