Why are my file requests closing immediately after being created?
Hey all. I create a lot of file requests and for the past few days, I'll create one and it will close immediately after creating. Before that started happening, they would randomly close out but not immediately after being created. Some would be hours or days later. There's plenty of storage, no expiration, and haven't noticed any similarities that could be a filter. Sometimes I'll have to create the same file request 3-4 times before it finally stays open. Any tips to get them to stop closing or anything I may be doing wrong? I do the same exact thing for every request including the same naming conventions so I'm lost on why only some will close out like this but others don't when there isn't anything different.

Hey user1837016! Thanks for your post.
To clarify, do the file requests appear closed on your Dropbox account here, or do the recipients receive an error message on their end when trying to upload their files?
Please also open one via a different browser/incognito window and let me know if that fixes the issue.
Keep me updated.
