Why are my photos being duplicated in a different aspect ratio?

When transferring photos to Dropbox from the iPhone, it duplicates the photos, changing the 16:9 format to the 4:3 format. What is happening?

    Olá Hugo Silva, já experimentou desinstalar a aplicação Dropbox e reinstalá-la, para ver se este comportamento persiste depois disso?

    Hey Hugo Silva, have you tried uninstalling the Dropbox app and then reinstalling it, to see if this behavior persists after that?

    Você poderia esclarecer o sistema operacional do seu dispositivo, juntamente com a versão do Dropbox que você está usando lá?

     

    Você tentou desinstalar o aplicativo e depois reinstalar como minha colega, Hannah sugeriu?

    Would you be able to clarify your device's OS, along with the Dropbox version you're using there? 

     

    Did you try uninstalling the app, and then re-installing like my colleague, Hannah suggested?
