Why won't old photos sync via the mobile app in camera uploads?
Why won't old photos show up in my "camera uploads" folder? I just turned on the camera uploads setting and selected "all photos"

Are the photos already in your camera roll on your device?
Have you selected which albums you want to upload to Dropbox?

They are not in an album, they are just in "recent photos" on my iphone

Is this the first time you're enabling camera uploads on this device?
Have you tried turning off the camera uploads feature, closing the Dropbox app, re-opening it and then turning the feature on again, to see if that helps?

Hi Svalen24, can you clarify your OS, along with the Dropbox version you're using on your end?
If I were you, I'd also clear the app's cache too. Also, out of curiosity, what happens if you click "New Photos only"?

ios 16.6 drop box plus, i just deleted and download the new version of dropbox. same thing
